The menu therefore is different every time, depending on seasonal availability of fresh vegetables and fruits, recent experiences and personal mood and divine inputs that come to me that particular day. The best results only come about if a chef is totally in tune with his creation at time and therefore I like to keep this flexibility, so b.surprised :-)

 

Of course, you can always guide the menu, provide a wish list or name a specific country cuisine like Asian, Mexican, Italian, etc. and we can design a personal menu around your preferences.
