April 24: Exclusive Gourmet Dinner and Lecture in Hamburg

On Saturday, April 24, I will be at Y8 Yoga Zentrum in Hamburg. Starting at 18:00 I will give a talk on the Rainbow Green Life-Food diet of Dr. Gabriel Cousens and introduce the basic ideas of his theoretical work and its practical implications.

From 19:00 on, I will serve an exclusive 4 course gourmet dinner in the cozy settings of the yoga center and will personally guide you through the evening. For reservations, contact me via the contact form of this website or click on the link Anmelden on the homepage of Y8.

May and June 2010: b.alive! in Bali

I will be working as assistant chef for Radiantly Alive yoga teacher training at Anahata Resort in Ubud, Bali.

October 6-20: Denmark (Copenhagen and Jutland)

I will be in Denmark from the 6th to the 20th of October, organizing a raw food dinner close to Aarlborg on Friday the 9th and giving Ayurvedic Yoga Massages for a Yoga and Herb Retreat as well from Sunday 11th through Sunday the 18th. Look up the Love&Light website of Olivia for more information on the retreat.
